Boho Live adopts a zero-tolerance policy against child abuse, exploitation, and/or sexually explicit activities involving minors. Any users who fail to comply with Boho Live's child protection policies outlined below will be immediately removed from the platform and reported to the relevant legal authorities where necessary.

Policies

Age Restriction

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Boho Live.
  • Any attempt to falsify age to access the platform will result in account suspension or permanent removal.
  • Boho Live utilizes AI-powered automated systems and manual moderation to detect and prevent underage users from accessing the platform.
  • Any attempt to bypass these detection systems is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Sexual Exploitation and Abuse of Minors (CSEA)

  • Sharing, creating, or distributing any content involving child abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate behavior toward minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Any discussions, playacting, or depictions of minors in a sexualized manner, including fetishization, are banned.
  • Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations, are prohibited.

Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

  • Threats, encouragement, or actual acts of physical violence against minors are prohibited.
  • Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors is strictly forbidden.
  • Content depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors is not allowed.
  • Any content promoting or depicting the neglect or trafficking of minors is strictly banned.

Minor Presence on the Platform

  • Minors appearing in live streams, videos, or any other content is strictly prohibited.
  • Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is forbidden.
  • AI-powered automated systems instantly detect and remove content featuring minors, and accounts involved in such violations are permanently banned.

Reporting and Complaint Mechanism

  • Any incidents involving child exploitation or endangerment will be reported to the relevant national authorities and legal enforcement agencies.
  • Users can report violations using the "Report" feature within the Boho Live app or contact us via [email protected].
  • Our 24/7 moderation and customer support teams manually review all reports and take immediate action where necessary.

Prohibited Users

  • Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Boho Live.
  • Users found guilty of engaging in such activities will have their accounts immediately suspended and reported to legal authorities.

Enforcement and Transparency

  • Any violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
  • Depending on the severity of the violation, Boho Live may collaborate with law enforcement agencies to support investigations.
  • AI-powered systems continuously monitor and automatically filter out any inappropriate content.

    • On-screen prompts and warnings during content creation and sharing to avoid risky situations.
    • Guidance from our moderation and customer support teams on recognizing and reporting violations.
